Agreement to Terms

By visiting sonomacountysmp.com or booking a consultation or service with Sonoma County SMP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Sonoma County SMP is a California-registered body art studio operated by Jon Neong, located at 1038 4th St., #1, Santa Rosa, CA 95404.

Free Consultations

Initial consultations are offered at no charge and carry no obligation to proceed with any service. Consultations may be conducted in-person at our Santa Rosa studio, by phone, or by video call, depending on mutual availability.

During a consultation, Jon will assess your candidacy, discuss realistic outcomes, and outline a proposed treatment plan. No deposit is required to book a consultation.

Booking and Deposits

SMP sessions are scheduled by appointment only. A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. Deposit amounts and payment details will be communicated at or following your consultation.

Deposits are applied toward your total session cost.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: deposit fully transferable to a rescheduled appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.
• No-shows without notice: deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

We understand that emergencies happen. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis — please reach out as early as possible.

Payment

Payment for services is due at or before each session unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment plans may be available — ask during your consultation.

Pricing is outlined on our Pricing page and subject to change. Your quoted price at consultation is honored for 30 days.

Results Disclaimer

Scalp micropigmentation results vary based on individual factors including skin type, scalp condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we work to deliver the best possible outcome for every client, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Before and after photos shown on this website represent actual client results but are not a guarantee of what you will personally experience. Individual results will vary.

Touch-up sessions may be needed to achieve or maintain your desired result. Touch-up pricing will be discussed at your consultation.

Medical Disclaimer

Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic procedure, not a medical treatment. It does not treat, cure, or reverse hair loss conditions. If you have a scalp condition, active skin disease, or are undergoing medical treatment that may affect the scalp, please consult your physician before booking.

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical history, medications, or skin conditions prior to your session. Failure to disclose may affect your results or candidacy.

Aftercare Responsibility

Following your session, you will receive written aftercare instructions. Proper aftercare — including sun protection, avoiding swimming and heavy sweating during the healing period, and not picking or scratching the treated area — is critical to achieving the best result.

Photo and Content Consent

We will never use photos of you or your results in marketing, social media, or any public-facing content without your explicit written consent. You may be asked to sign a separate photo release if you agree to participate.

Photos you submit through our consultation form are used solely to prepare for your appointment and are kept confidential.

Website Use

The content on sonomacountysmp.com — including text, images, and design — is the property of Sonoma County SMP and may not be reproduced without permission. The website is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its availability or accuracy of information.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from use of this website or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
